Hazardous Materials - What Must I Disclose?
You are required to disclose any hazardous material that meets the following criteria:
- DOT Division 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3 Explosive
- Highly Toxic Material (by inhalation)
- Commercial Grade Pesticide
- Unsealed Radioactive Isotope
- Legal Carcinogen
You are also required to disclose any chemicals used, handled or stored in quantities greater than:
- 500 pounds of a solid
- 55 gallons of a liquid
- 200 cubic feet of a gas
