OCFA has a Centralized Purchasing System administered by the Purchasing Section, a division of the Business Services
Department. Through centralized purchasing OCFA achieves standardized bidding and evaluation procedures, economies of scale on agency
requirements, and ensures an open, fair, and competitive procurement process. OCFA contracts with Planet Bids, Inc. to administer the
Online Bidding System.
To begin the process please, register as a bidder.
After the simple registration process, your company will be able
to participate in Contracting/Purchasing Opportunities.
This on-line system allows you to search for bid requests, download documents, bid electronically (where applicable), and get
both bid and award results.

**Please be advised that the e-mail address used to register with OCFA is the e-mail address where the bid
notifications will be sent. Multiple e-mails or multiple registrations are allowed, but OCFA does not maintain the accounts.
Vendors may edit their profiles at anytime. Contractors/Vendors are solely responsible for maintaining up to date and
accurate information.
