Public Records Request Fees below are for pick-up only; additional fees may
apply for postage/shipping delivery or fax transmittal. Please contact the Clerk
of the Authority’s office at (714) 573-6040, if you have any questions.
- Incident Reports: ($2.50 per address/incident)
OCFA
fire and paramedic emergency response incident reports. Please call the Clerk of
the Authority’s office at (714) 573-6040 for an incident number to reference on
your request.
- Fire Investigation Reports: ($.15 per page, plus
postage)
Only available if an Investigator responds to or opens a case on
an incident
- Investigation Photos ($4.00 per CD-ROM)
- Photo Duplication: (actual cost by off-site vendor)
Photos are only
taken at fire investigations
- Community Right To Know (CRTK) Reports: ($2.50 per address;
maps/plans: actual cost by off-site vendor)
- Fair Political Practice Commission (FPPC) Economic Interest
Disclosure Statements: ($.10 per page; $5.00 Research fee for document
five or more years old)
Requests for conflict of interest forms (FPPC Form
700)
- Subpoenas
- Records: ($15.00 per address/incident)
Certified
records for one emergency response incident
- Witness Fee: ($150 fee for each OCFA employee court
appearance or deposition)
A subpoena must be served to the Orange County
Fire Authority for any employee statements.
- Audio Transmission Duplication: ($4.00 per
CD-ROM)
911 audio transmissions or OCFA Budget and Finance Committee
Meetings
- Video Transmission Duplication: ($4.00 per DVD)
